Built in 1918, 507 State Street is located on the north side of
Garland’s Historic Downtown Square. Being one of the few original
buildings with a concrete floor, it was designed specifically for the
local Harness and Tin Shop and was later the home to a plumbing supply
company. The building retains its beautiful original front parapet
composed of brick and fired ceramic porcelain of 97 years!

shoot or any other event, we can help you. The patio and the restaurant is available to rent. 100 person capacity for indoor seating. 100 + people can fit on the patio.
