Catrín/Catrina Contest Application

For the Catrins and Catrinas!

Enter Garland's 2026 Día de los Muertos Catrín/Catrina Contest by filling out the form below. Submissions MUST include an image of the contestant in the Catrín/Catrina look they will be wearing the day of Garland's 2026 Día de los Muertos on Saturday, October 24.

The deadline to enter is Friday, October 2, at 11:59 p.m.

There will be two categories, Adults (14+) and Children (2-13).

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category. Winners will receive their prize at the end of the night.

Adult Prizes:

1st Place - $2,000
2nd Place - $1,000
3rd Place - $500

Children's Prizes:

1st Place - $200 + Gift
2nd Place - $100 + Gift
3rd Place - $50 + Gift

*Registering online does not guarantee contestants a spot in the contest as the number of contestants is limited. Contestants will be notified of participation by Friday, October 9.*

Para los Catrines y Catrinas!

Entre en el Concurso de Catrín/Catrina de Día de los Muertos de Garland en 2026 rellenando el formulario que figura a continuación. Las presentaciones DEBEN incluir una imagen del concursante en la mirada Catrín/Catrina que llevarán el día del evento Día de los Muertos de Garland 2026 el sábado, 24 de octubre.

El último día para entrar es el viernes, 2 de octubre a las 11:59 p.m.

Habrá dos categorías, Adultos (14+) y Niños (2-13).

Los premios se otorgarán por primer, segundo y tercer lugar en cada categoría. Los ganadores recibirán su premio al final de la noche.

Premios para Adultos:

Primer Lugar - $2,000
Segundo Lugar - $1,000
Tercer Lugar - $500

Premios para Niños:

Primer Lugar - $200 + regalo
Segundo Lugar - $100 + regalo
Tercer Lugar - $50 + regalo
