Located just northeast of Dallas, Garland offers filmmakers a wide range of production-ready locations—from historic architecture and established neighborhoods to lakes, trails, industrial settings, and modern civic spaces. As a Film Friendly Texas Certified Community, Garland provides responsive local support and a coordinated permitting process to help productions move from scouting to filming.

Before submitting your property, prepare:

  • Current, high-quality photographs
  • Exterior and interior views
