APPLICANT AGREEMENT I certify that the information contained in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that approval of this application is subject to all applicable City ordinances, policies, permit conditions, and applicable state and federal laws.
The Applicant shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Garland, its officers, elected officials, employees, agents, and volunteers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the permitted production to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.
I acknowledge that the Production Company is responsible for all costs associated with City personnel, equipment, damage to public property, and other fees associated with this permit.
