As always, first come first served. There are 100 available spots. More may be added depending on how fast they can move.
Will be 1 for $40 or 2 for $60, arms and legs only. This is a Flash only event. Cash only, 2 tattoos max per client.
Event starts at 1 p.m. Forms will be handed out starting at 12:30 p.m.
No ID, no tattoo.
