Downtown Garland has a diverse musical experience that will go great with your carefree summer vibe. Join us every other Friday evening starting April through July for one of the best concert series of the summer!

Band Together Activities

Make Downtown Garland Your “Life-Size Activity Book!" Before the show, grab your magnifying glass and “find the flamingos” hidden within the painted drawings across Downtown. If you can find the flamingos, your detective skills will earn you a free prize that you can claim during the concert! More info.

Space Dates are ‘out of this world’ date nights in Downtown Garland! Begin your Space Date at the Garland and Beyond Space Exhibit at Garland City Hall from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and receive a mission patch for exclusive specials.

Mission - May 12: Trek to the Band Together Concert for free music at 7 p.m. by Up the Creek and $10 in Downtown Dollars for each person with a mission patch. Then, go beyond to Intrinsic Smokehouse & Brewery for a BOGO-free space beer until 10 p.m.

The way we walk, stroll, run, or for some of you, dance around Downtown Garland transitions depending on the ongoing construction. We are so close to the finish line and appreciate your patience!

September Moon

September Moon is a high-energy vocal band that creatively blends Country, Rock, and Americana into one unique sound. The band prides itself in delivering lively shows and impressing audiences with tight three-part harmonies, alternating lead vocals and catchy melodies.

Matt Banks & Friends

A Garland native, Matthew Banks is a clarinetist, multi-instrumentalist and arranger. An active performer and teacher, Matthew leads his own jazz quartet, and freelances on clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, oboe, and flute. Banks' Quartet regularly works at The Free Man Cajun Café, Revelers Hall, The Balcony Club, and anywhere Jazz belongs. The group specializes in Jazz but plays everything from blues, to swing, to R&B and more.

Matt Banks & Friends will be bringing their Jazz, Blues, and Pop talent to set the right musical mood at 506 Art this summer!

A professionally trained vocalist, Stacy is first and foremost a songwriter. Along with her infectious smile and electric onstage persona, her talents include playing guitar, violin, and piano. Rachel’s sound is a combination of country, blues and Southern rock.

Empiires is a new, hard rock band bringing their unique brand of fist-pumping rock to growing audiences across Texas.

High energy shows with soaring vocals and killer guitars backed by thundering rhythms, Empiires puts the excitement back in hard rock where it belongs, and they know how to entertain.

Jimmy Wallace

Legendary guitarist Jimmy Wallace brings his electrifying sounds of Rock and R&B to Downtown Garland.

Chaz Marie

Anybody who has ever seen Chaz Marie live knows she’s the real deal. Her voice is a fusion of her musical influences in country, blues, R&B and rock and roll. Not only does she deliver a powerhouse vocal performance, she is an Entertainer at heart. She will have you grooving, moving and even laughing in the same song. Born in Mississippi, raised in Texas, she comes from a very musical family and no doubt, acquired her pipes by belting it out in church every Sunday.

Quinten Hope

Quinten studied at the legendary University of North Texas School of Music, which led to his first CD (Aspects of the Soul). While at the School of Music, Quinten performed with the famous UNT Lab Band and wrote compositions that are still performed today. It was Quinten's second CD (Start of a New Day) that led to a friendship with Rock-N-Roll Hall-of-Famer and Grammy winner Will Lee, along with Dan Wojciechowski and Bradley Knight. All three heavy hitters returned to record Quinten's critically acclaimed third CD (Reunion), which is his most personal to date.
