Submit Your Design Challenge.

The winning design(s) will be printed on a limited edition run of T-shirts that will be available for purchase to the general public at the Visit Garland Welcome Center. Designs will primarily be used for T-shirts but could also be incorporated into other Garland promotional products. All designs will be used for the sole purpose of representing Garland and positively promoting our community.
Guidelines:

• The artwork must be original work and Garland-themed.
• Submissions can be submitted as JPEGs or PNGs. If selected, be prepared to send your design in a vector format. See the upload link below.
• Sign the release form granting the City of Garland and Visit Garland permission to use the design, logo and image.

Artwork Consent and Release Acknowledgement:

I hereby grant permission to the Garland Convention & Visitors Bureau, City of Garland, to utilize my art design in perpetuity for the purpose of marketing and promoting Garland in a positive light. I further acknowledge that my personal use of the image will not occur before Jan. 1, 2024, allowing the Garland CVB ample time to sell items with my design exclusively. I consent to the use of the artwork with full understanding that there will be no additional compensation other than a winning artwork gift of $300. I expressly release you, your agents, employees, and the City from any and all claims of payment owed.
