Have the kids join AR Workshop Garland for a summer camp event! At this event, students will be making their very own youth size chunky knit blanket and a canvas pillow with insert! AR Workshop will provide step-by-step instructions for both of these projects. These projects require no needles or knitting experience!
Participants receive 4 skeins of yarn and will be able to choose yarn colors upon arrival to the workshop. They offer a selection of neutral colors along with a few other color choices. Colors may be limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The finished size may vary depending on the size of the hand-knitting process. Participants will be able to customize their personal designs and choose their project paint colors from the décor line of paints for the canvas pillow.
The youth sessions are designed for girls and boys, ages 8-14. This session is $95 per registrant and runs from 9 AM - 1 PM. Please pack a light snack for your child to enjoy during the course of the workshop.
