The City of Garland is pleased to announce a call for vendor entries at the 2026 Asian American Heritage Festival, taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in the Downtown Garland Square. This community-wide celebration honors the rich cultural heritage of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities through live performances, cultural showcases, artisan vendors, food experiences, and family-friendly activities.
ASIAN AMERICAN HERITAGE FESTIVALSaturday, May 16, 2026, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Participating vendors receive:
- 10' x 10' display space includes canopy, table, and 2 chairs
- Prominent visibility on Downtown Garland's Square
- Comprehensive event marketing
Vendor requirements:
- $100 vendor site fee made payable to the City of Garland
- Must display work that falls within defined vendor categories (listed below)
- Agree to Terms and Conditions
Important Dates:
- March 4 – Application opens
- April 3 – Application deadline
- April 13 – Vendor notification
- May 1 – Site fee must be received
- May 16 – Load-in available from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. Vehicles must be off-site by 3:00 p.m.
- May 16 – Festival opens at 5:00 p.m.
Vendor Eligibility:
- Open to vendors currently living in Garland and the greater North Texas area
- Application acceptance will be based on available space and adherence to the mission of the event.
