Thank you for your interest in promoting an event on the Visit Garland events calendar. We are happy to help share your events with visitors; however, we do have general guidelines that must be followed. Visit Garland is funded through hotel occupancy taxes and as such everything we do is geared toward attracting visitors to Garland, Texas. Please read the stipulations listed before you submit your event for consideration.
• Events should be of interest to visitors of Garland.
• Events are open to the general public.
• An event should be within a 30-mile radius of Garland, Texas.
• Fundraiser and Community Events will not be considered for inclusion unless they have the potential to attract visitors to Garland. Inclusion is at the discretion of Visit Garland.
What do we do with your events?
When you submit events to Visit Garland, you are submitting them to be considered for use on the Visit Garland online calendar of events, promotional materials, and social media platforms. Additionally, your events will be considered for inclusion in the Texas Events Calendar Magazine (quarterly publication), Texas Highways Magazine (monthly publication), www.traveltex.com
. Your submission of events to Visit Garland does not guarantee inclusion in any of these publications, websites, or social media platforms.
Please fill out the form located on our website VisitGarlandTX.com under the events tab and provide as much information as possible. Your event will not automatically be added to the calendar once you click "submit" at the bottom of the form. It will first go through an approval process to verify that it contains all the information needed and meets the above criteria. You will be notified if your event cannot be approved.
